Bioindustry park Silvano Fumero SpA Società Benefit, ente gestore del polo di Innovazione bioPmed annuncia la sua collaborazione come partner dello European Innovation Council, il cui obiettivo è sostenere le innovazioni rivoluzionarie lungo tutto il loro ciclo di vita, dalla ricerca iniziale al mercato.
L’EIC, con un budget di oltre €10 miliardi (2021-2027), offre opportunità di finanziamento a imprese in diverse fasi di maturità tecnologica attraverso strumenti come EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition ed EIC Accelerator. La selezione dei progetti avviene attraverso processi altamente rigorosi e competitivi. I progetti EIC Accelerator possono ricevere fino a €2,5 milioni di finanziamenti a fondo perduto e sono inoltre idonei per ricevere fino a €15 milioni di investimenti diretti in equity dal fondo EIC.
Gli innovatori EIC hanno accesso ai servizi di accelerazione aziendale (BAS) , che includono consulenza, mentoring e opportunità con aziende e investitori. Il programma EIC Ecosystem Partnerships and Co-Investment Support è stato lanciato nel 2022 con l’obiettivo di ampliare i servizi di accelerazione aziendale dell’EIC e accoglie i principali centri dell’innovazione europei, affrontando due delle principali sfide per i suoi innovatori: l’accesso a servizi specializzati focalizzati su settori specifici e l’attrazione di investitori privati.

With a budget exceeding €10 billion (2021-2027), the EIC offers funding opportunities to companies at various stages of technological maturity through instruments like EIC Pathfinder, EIC Transition, and EIC Accelerator. Project selection is carried on through highly rigorous and competitive processes. EIC Accelerator projects can receive grants of up to €2.5 million and are also eligible for direct equity investments of up to €15 million from the EIC Fund.
EIC innovators gain access to the EIC Business Acceleration Services (BAS), which encompass consulting, mentoring, and networking opportunities with corporations and investors. The EIC Ecosystem Partnerships and Co-Investment Support program, launched in 2022, aims to expand the EIC BAS by addressing two key challenges faced by innovators: access to specialized sector-focused services and attracting private investors.
